Delete your CardConnect account

• Sign in to the CardConnect account you want to delete.
• Open More, then Privacy & account.
• Select Delete account and review the warning.
• Confirm permanent deletion. CardConnect verifies your signed-in account before processing the request.

If you cannot access the app or your account, email info@manual2ai.com from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting on the request.

You can delete individual contacts and their related follow-up data from the relevant record inside CardConnect without deleting your account. Where a delete control is shown, review the confirmation and confirm the deletion for that record.

If you cannot access the app or need help removing specific account data, email info@manual2ai.com from the address associated with your account. State which data you want deleted, but do not include passwords, payment-card details, or copies of sensitive contact data. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Deletion removes your CardConnect authentication account, profile, contacts, events, follow-up data, templates, teams that no longer require an ownership transfer, and files stored in CardConnect's user-scoped storage. The app also clears its local account database, queued captures, and secure session on that device.

Limited records may remain temporarily in encrypted backups and security logs until normal retention cycles expire. We may retain a minimal payment-provider transaction identifier and final subscription state where needed to prevent repeat charges, purchase replay, fraud, or to meet legal obligations. These records do not restore deleted contact data or include payment-card details.

CardConnect stops a linked Razorpay web subscription before deleting the account. Google Play and Apple subscriptions remain managed by the store account that purchased them; cancelling the CardConnect account does not itself guarantee a store refund. Review and manage those subscriptions in Google Play or your Apple Account.
